Shipping Policy
1. Overview
At NAWIRI, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. This policy outlines how we handle dispatch, delivery, and everything in between. If you have any questions about your delivery, reach us at info@nawirionline.co.ke or via WhatsApp.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Made-to-measure and micro-customised orders have individual lead times communicated at the time of order confirmation — typically 10–14 business days
- Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched
3. Delivery Areas
Nairobi: We offer delivery across all major Nairobi neighbourhoods. Delivery fees and timelines vary by zone and are confirmed at checkout.
Outside Nairobi: We deliver to select towns and counties across Kenya via third-party courier. Timelines and fees for upcountry delivery are communicated at the time of order.
International shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are based outside Kenya and wish to place an order, contact us directly at info@nawirionline.co.ke to discuss options.
4. Delivery Timelines

These are estimates and not guarantees. Timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. NAWIRI reserves the right to update delivery fees at any time. Any changes will be reflected at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For bulk or corporate orders, contact us for a delivery quote.
6. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including any apartment number, estate name, or landmark
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address
- Keep your phone reachable — our courier or delivery team may call to confirm your location
NAWIRI is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
7. Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply before the order is dispatched again.
8. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. For orders fulfilled through third-party couriers, tracking is subject to the courier's systems and availability.
For a delivery update at any time, contact us directly and we will follow up on your behalf.
9. Damaged or Lost Orders
We take care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and, where applicable, photos of any damage
- We will investigate promptly and work to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate
NAWIRI is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers after the order has been handed over, but we will advocate on your behalf to reach a resolution.
10. Packaging
NAWIRI packaging is designed with care and minimal waste in mind, consistent with our commitment to responsible production. All garments are folded and packed to arrive in excellent condition.
