Ready-to-wear: Items listed on our website are available while stock lasts. Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings.

Made-to-measure and micro-customisation: These orders are crafted specifically to your measurements and specifications. By placing such an order, you acknowledge that these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases of production error on our part.

Product care: Care instructions are provided with each garment. NAWIRI is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow care guidelines.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders
  • We accept payment via M-Pesa, debit/credit card, and bank transfer
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched
  • NAWIRI reserves the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received

6. Orders and Fulfilment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Made-to-measure and customised orders have lead times communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • NAWIRI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • In the event of cancellation, you will be notified promptly and a full refund issued

7. Delivery

We deliver across Nairobi and to select locations nationally. Delivery timelines and fees are communicated at checkout. NAWIRI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery.
